We are the exclusive manufacturer pioneering innovative welding solutions tailored for joining raw material coils/strips within stamping production lines. Our groundbreaking solutions aim to revolutionize manufacturing processes by reducing raw material waste by over 90% and minimizing production downtime associated with coil exchanges by more than 90%. Currently, our technology enables butt-joint welding of ultra-thin sheets, ranging from 0.03 to 2.0 mm in thickness. This extensive range meets the diverse thickness requirements of stamping processes across various industries, including connectors, electrical components, lead frames for electronic devices and semiconductors, electric vehicle motors, medical equipment, packaging, radiators/heat exchangers, and more. Additionally, our environmentally conscious technology eliminates the generation of solid waste (raw material scrap), contributing to a sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing revolution.
In the realm of 3D printing, we are at the forefront of pioneering solutions with our i-3D printing robot (i-WAAM robot), designed for producing micro-scale components with ultra-thin walls and ultra-precision. This technology is specifically crafted for high-tech applications in biomedical, electronic devices, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Moreover, our compact i-3D printing robot offers a cost-effective investment and is well-suited for educational institutes, serving as a versatile tool for laboratory demonstrations.

Dr. Nguyen is an expert specializing in welding and metal additive manufacturing. He boasts over 10 years of experience in material and manufacturing, with a particular focus on the fields of welding and additive manufacturing. He earned his PhD in material science and engineering from Joining and Welding Research Institute, Osaka University, Japan. Prior to relocating to the UK, he co-founded a private company in Osaka and was actively involved with it for several years. From 2021 to 2024, He has been a Lecturer/Assistant Professor at Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He is a visiting associate professor at the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Hanoi University of Industry. He has published over 55 papers and holds 5 pending or publishing patents. He discovered the novel metal additive manufacturing using wire to print microscale components with potential applications in the healthcare sector, electronic devices, and others. He has also discovered a novel arc spot welding process plated lines after stamping processes to manufacture connector pins, electronic devices, medical devices (such as needles), or lead frames for LEDs and semiconductors.
